I don't feel like I am doing anything incorrectly here, but perhaps there is something I am overlooking about how this works in the new version? I did everything exactly the same in the previous version, and had zero issues like this. Otherwise EI is about 800 to 1000 with slog3. The color depth of the Sony just isnt enough for such a flat profile. I would most likely be stuck with these colors even if. The Sony LUT trims the colors to 709 and this is very apparent in the LUT and on the screen. Keep in mind these are only examples of one of many lighting and shooting scenarios that will all effect the look. Many of the LUTs come with a flatter profile and a more contrasted profile. Not adjustments in Lumetri have any impact. Slog3 and Sony Alpha is a no go in my experience. LUT itself may not 'limit your source gamut', but applying Rec.709 on Sony Slog-3 (just to de-log it ) and then going from this to P3 is not a proper way.
